As a result of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) we now have a strict cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will charge 60% of the costs of your booked treatment. We are obliged to stick to this policy, as we are only working by appointment, we cannot substitute the lost appointment. By filling in this form, you agree to our cancellation policy. Monday : 9.30 am – 7.00 pm (new! On Monday)
Tuesday: 9.30 am – 7.00 pm
Wednesday: 9.30 am – 9.00 pm
Thursday: 9.30 am – 9.00 pm
Friday: 9.30 am – 9.00 pm (new! Friday evening)
Saturday: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our service. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellation with 2-day notice or longer: free, no cancellation fee will be charged;
- Cancellations within 24 hours, or same day cancellations will result in a charge equal to 60% of the reserved service amount;
- “No Shows” will also be charged the full reserved service amount.
